RE: Awning rail on 99 Itasca - Wrong spot??
You don't say how old your rig is. How does the roof look? Is it reasonably new? Maybe somone replaced the roof and re-installed the awning rail too high. As you know, the rail holds down the rubber roof.
RE: 1999 shasta cheyenne electrical question
Ditto Ditto Ditto on Cool Mike's comments. If you have a "hot frame" and are not popping breakers, you have lost ground. This is a very dangerous situation and needs to be looked at NOW.

RE: Interior welting/trim replacement
I too am just finishing up with a total roof/cab bunk refurb. Although it may
be too late in your case, since the welt goes between the wall and ceiling, the trailer welt is available at
http://www.all-rite.com/product_info.php?products_id=179. A little pricey
but it worked great for me.
RE: Atwood Bowen g6a-4e water heater ...Help!!!!
The gray/blue box that you refer to is the DSI (direct spark ignition) control. As Firstep1 suggests the DSI is powered up through
a toggle/rocker switch which may or may not have an indicator lamp.
If you cannot find it on the range hood then I would look all around the cabinet that immediately surround the water heater itself.
If that doesn't do it, you will have to trace the control wiring from the heater back to locate this switch. On my MH, this switch
is located at the end of the sink cabinet.
Good Luck, You'll find it
